Normally a player rolling a total of "7" must move the robber from one hex to another, but with a Knight card can he be sent back to the same hex?

The rules for using the Knight card state the following.
Since they did not say that the player may move the Robber, I would take that to mean that you cannot keep the Robber in the same space and it must move. |

Note that, however, if you play a Solider/Knight, move the robber, then roll 7, the Robber can go back to the space it was on before the Soldier/Knight first. |
